Many exciting things are happening at the Oakwood Deaf Community Church. Take a moment to browse through our website and see what God is doing through the life of our church and its members. But to experience the Oakwood Deaf Community Church, you will need to come and be with us in person. You will find a warm, caring congregation which exists, as our mission statement says, to love His people for who they are and encourage them to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
All of our Bible studies, worship services and activities are done in American Sign Language ASL Communications. Voice interpreting is provided for hearing members and visitors. It is our mission to bring families together not in the hearing culture, not in the Deaf culture--but in the Christian culture. We believe that there is just one disability in the world. That is the spiritual deafness to the Lord Jesus Christ.
