We welcome you to the Erie Deaf Community Church in Gem of the Great Lakes. Here at the Erie Deaf Community Church, God is doing wonderful things, for which we give Him all the praise and glory. As you review our church website, we know that you will find plenty of information about all that is happening here at the Erie Deaf Community Church. You will also find many opportunities for ministry.
Many exciting things are happening at the Erie Deaf Community Church. Take a moment to browse through our website and see what God is doing through the life of our church and its members. But to experience the Erie Deaf Community Church, you will need to come and be with us in person. You will find a warm, caring congregation which exists, as our mission statement says, to love His people for who they are and encourage them to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
All of our Bible studies, worship services and activities are done in American Sign Language ASL Communications. Voice interpreting is provided for hearing members and visitors. It is our mission to bring families together not in the hearing culture, not in the Deaf culture--but in the Christian culture. We believe that there is just one disability in the world. That is the spiritual deafness to the Lord Jesus Christ.
